Organic

An exciting new addition to our portfolio, discovered on a recent trip to the area. The domaine itself dates back as far as 1572, with the family having deep roots in the region’s viticultural heritage. 

Since Gaël Petit took over the reigns from his mother in the early ‘90s he has converted all the viticulture to organic. He now produces single vineyard wines focussing on expression of the specific terroirs - being limestone marl, Pliocene sands (as for Rayas) as well as the Galets typical of the region. There are few examples of the style of Tavel out there that earned the appelation a place in the original AOC list, these wines show something special and are a real joy to drink.
