While many of us have dreams of quitting our jobs and becoming a winemaker, few of us have the courage to do so. Yet after a successful decade as chef/owner of Canberra’s critically acclaimed Pulp Kitchen, Nathan Brown has done just that. 

We pick up the story over five years in, Nathan has a number of vineyards under management as well as a winery in an old helicopter hanger. Incredible value, yes, but the wines are precise and detailed and show a serious talent without ego.

An exciting new producer from a region that’s often hiding in plain sight.
