Chris Catlow
The Beechworth Chardonnay master, Chris Catlow’s Sentio project is now into its 14th harvest. Having worked at many of Victoria’s iconic producers, including Sorrenberg, Kooyong Estate and Paringa Estate Chris struck up a friendship with Burgundian legend Benjamin Leroux, himself an accomplished Chardonnay master. Chris continues to work vintage with Benjamin in Burgundy, while increasingly crafting wines of a style undeniably his own.
