Laura’s first vintage was in 2017, but as a 4th generation winemaker she was born with it in her blood. After taking over a small group of plots totalling 5.5ha from the family farm she converted to organics - “I knew that if i was to make wine, it would have to be this way, no matter how hard it is in the beginning.”

Mostly old vines - her youngest vineyard is 40 years old - her wines are perfumed, fresh, and very easy to drink. Semi-carbonic maceration of whole grapes in concrete, then pressed to either old barrels or foudres for elevage. These are beautiful wines from excellent terroirs farmed with care and deserve a place in any wine programme.
